Also, do your own research, and visit as many colleges as you can. A small college that doesn't emphasize test scores, a large college with a smaller live/work/learn program, or another institution that offers just exactly the degree you want to pursue may be the best choice for you, even if it's not renowned for its work in providing learning disability services. If you're invested in your learning experience, you'll be motivated to find the help you need. |
