Academy After-School Program

Studies have shown that after-school activities can help students with self-esteem and performance in school. Effective after-school programs give students a chance to do homework, seek academic help, socialize with peers, and utilize community resources. The Academy program does all these things in order to meet the needs of our working families.

Schedule:

Mondays: homework, computer and board games

Tuesdays: homework, computer and board games

Wednesdays: homework, computer and board games

Thursdays: homework, Ann Arbor Public Library

Fridays: homework, movie afternoon

Hours: 3:15 – 5:30 pm

Cost: $5 per hour per child

There is a $1 per minute charge assessed for students picked up after 5:30
